Reynold's used to have the BEST club sandwich in the city and the fries were amazing. I recommended this place to friends. But tonight was disappointing. The fresh-cut fries were replaced with frozen battered fries, and a real chicken breast replaced with slices. Not bad, just not the Reynold's I love.

This is by far my favourite spot in Ottawa. Reynolds Restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves all the stars! From the moment you walk through the doors, you're welcomed like family. If you're craving food that makes you do a little happy dance at the table, this is the place.
The flavors are rich, perfectly balanced, and clearly crafted with passion and expertise.
The service is equally exceptional. Attentive without being overbearing, the staff knows the menu inside and out and goes above and beyond to make your visit perfect.
Another important note: The ownership at Reynolds does a lot to give back within the community. They’re known to put on events in support of local charities, they support other small businesses and I highly recommend checking them out. This place is a must-try! 🔥
