A group of us went to the Ridge Rock Brewing Company last night. Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, drinks and the music. Our server was excellent... I wish I could remember his name. Will definitely be returning.

I’m not sure why we were ignored by the staff. We weren’t seated or even acknowledged.I don’t like reviewing a local business poorly, but these things matter. I’m sorry. Do better.

Delicious and really nice environment. Great service, worth the drive to Carp. Go for Sunday, $5 Ceasars! The club sandwich was also delicious.

Was told there would be a 30 minute wait. When we were finally seated, the restaurant was at maybe 25% capacity. But because it’s mostly larger tables, they won’t seat smaller groups.Waited another 20 minutes just to have our orders taken. We were not given cutlery and no drinks were brought.Food was decent though! Service needs improvement.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ridge Rock Brewing, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. This gem off the snowmobile trail in the village if Carp seamlessly combines gourmet dining, outstanding craft beers, and a welcoming atmosphere.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The star of the culinary show was undoubtedly their cauliflower crust pizza. A culinary masterpiece, the crust was a revelation - light, crispy, and a perfect canvas for the fresh, high-quality toppings. Ridge Rock Brewing has truly elevated pizza to an art form, and their cauliflower crust option is a game-changer for those seeking a healthier alternative. And let's talk about the beer! The "Practice What You Peach" IPA from their microbrewery is a symphony of flavors. The peach notes are subtle yet distinct, creating a delightful harmony with the hoppy bitterness. It's a must-try for any beer enthusiast; the craftsmanship and creativity behind this brew are truly commendable. The ambiance at Ridge Rock Brewing is inviting, with a rustic charm that enhances the overall dining experience. The staff's knowledge and enthusiasm about both the food and beer selections added an extra layer of enjoyment to our visit. In summary, Ridge Rock Brewing is a culinary and beer lover's paradise. The cauliflower crust pizza and "Practice What You Peach" IPA are standouts that make this establishment a standout in the ever-expanding world of craft breweries and restaurants. I left Ridge Rock Brewing with a full stomach, a happy heart, and plans to return for more culinary and brewing adventure.

Had an amazing night. We have a group of friends and a bunch of kids and we booked the vault room. Rob was awesome, I hooked the tv up to my laptop and put a flick on for the kids. It was awesome. Good food, good service, and perfect room for being able to let a bunch of kids run wild while the grown ups drink great beer and chill out. Just an awesome night, thanks.

I happened to have dinner plans at the Brewery both Friday and Saturday this past weekend. It was busy but I'd like to thank the staff; particularly Jordan and Heather, for accommodating our group due to the Santa Clause parade (on Saturday night especially). Always good service and the pizza is my go-to! Thanks Ridge Rock staff!

I really like their beer selection, not huge but always a good selection of good beers. The patio is nice and the indoor wood themed bar setting is nice too. The staff have always been great when I have been there. Last Friday, live music, really enjoyed the solo performer. The food was good too. I like the burger, my wife not as excited, but they did have a GF bun. Liked the nachos with candied jalepenos, and someone had the spicy honey pizza, and they really liked it.

Nachos, chicken tenders, and mushroom soup were all very good - the mushroom soup was the standout. I tried to order a beef burger but they ran out which was disappointing especially since it was only lunchtime. Service was also slow for a relatively empty restaurant.

Great local business however the seating is very very uncomfortable! Would recommend investing in something more comfortable.

The ambiance at this brewpub feels cold. The staff seems to have perfected the art of indifference; the menu is convoluted and bizarre. However, the beer might just redeem this place, at least until you finish your last sip and are left at the mercy of the staff.Notes:- The Irish Stout is noteworthy.- Observed a staff member drinking at the bar then working their shift serving tables.I wish I could have cared a little more to try a few more of the beers, but it was time to move on back to my local watering hole down the road.

Was there with a group of friends, we were put on a short 15 minute wait as we didn’t have reservations, there was a large group in house. Service was knowledgeable and friendly, and food was delicious and perfectly cooked, will definitely be back!

I went there with my hockey team and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my food and we and to pre order our food but it still took a lot of time for us to get served.
