Went to Riviera Ottawa for dinner. The ambiance was very nice. Kind of like dark-ish, fancy speakeasy vibes (but not with the hush hush talking lol). We ordered: steak frites, medium rare — very tender and flavourful; scallop chowder — love this, great starter, scallop tasted so fresh and the ginger was a nice touch; burger — really good classic burger, double patty, very heavy and filling. Our server was also very polite (we forgot his name) and gave great suggestions....
The food ar Riviera is always a hit! Delicious, with excellent service. I'd recommend a reservation as it can get quite busy. Sitting at the bar is also an option for dining and is absolutely worth it if you like cooking.
We enjoyed our dinner at this popular restaurant. The service was attentive, and the food was both delicious and refreshing. The dessert, however, was a little too sweet for our taste.
