I think Robbie's is the best Italian restaurant in Ottawa. The place is cosy and the service is always excellent. It is a great place to dine in and enjoy nice time wit friends.

Ordered pasta dishes takeout for dinner where penne primavera was placed in a large tinfoil container very light and not worth the money paid for. Lasagna was meat sauce between layers and cheese on top. No cheese between layers.Portions are very small for the price.Very disappointing
Disappointed. Considering how few are actually going out to eat you would think more effort in quality and service would be a priority. Won't be going back.

The food was absolutely horrible. My friend just got married, and she held the reception there. BIG MISTAKE! It was a mixed marriage, half were white people and the other half were not. All the white people got served first (at the non-white table, there was one white person and he got served before everyone else at the table). There were bugs everywhere and it was dusty...... We had to complain that food took way too long, the non-white table had no water, no salt, no pepper..... After we complained, only then did they start sending out the servers who were too busy talking and surfing the net. When we got the food, it was disgusting! The salmon was like a piece of cardboard, the lasagna was dry with no sauce...... GROSS! The food took forever to get. Do NOT go here, it is over-priced for absolutely nothing. HORRIBLE!!!

Orderd penne with meat sauce paid over 15 $ the meat sauce tasted waterd down very bland verry disappointed never again.
