Usually very good. But, imagine an Italian sandwich shop without tomatoes???? I took a coworker there for the first time and she ordered the tuna...but they couldn't be bothered to cut up the tomatoes (we could even see them sitting in the back). How about you slow it down at the counter and take a couple of minutes to do what needs to be done? She says she'll never go back which in unfortunate since the food is usually very good.

The absolute best Italian sandwich I have had in a long time. Line was long at lunch time but service was quick and worth the wait for sure. Great prices, amazing sandwich, will absolutely be going out of my way to come back.

This is my favorite sandwich spot in Ottawa because of the quality, selection and value. The meat, bread, toppings and sauces are all top notch. They are friendly and fast. Whenever I am in the east-end or passing through, I stop and get a sandwich.
Cancelled order one hour before pick-up. Forced our group to find another source for lunch. Not good....

Saw a video review of Roberto’s Corner realizing it was a 5 min drive from my house so I decided to give it a try. The sandwich artist, Warren, was great in helping me choose a sandwich. The chicken sandwich was awesome and I’ll be going back again soon to give their famous #7 a try! Lots of thanks to Warren for the hospitality and help!

Employees need to be trained on proper food service hygiene. Hair nets are important. And understanding you cannot accept cash tips while making a sandwich and not washing your hands and changing your gloves. Found a hair in my sandwich and saw someone accepting a cash tip while making a sandwich; contacted the store and never got a response. The food and employees are good however this place needs improvements in their food service hygiene.
