Roll’d Up is the cutest little ice cream spot in Ottawa - and honestly, I probably come here a little too often! The rolled ice cream is fresh and fun, but their cheesecake is truly the best I’ve had. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and make the experience even better with their excellent service.

The server was extremely rude and even after letting them know that we didn’t like it they didn’t change it. I hope you find customers.

This place is awesome! Every time we come in no matter how busy they are they welcome us and treat my family like VIP’s and know exactly who we are and remember things we talked about in the past and are just simply wonderful people.

My son has a deathly bad nut allergy and they don’t even hesitate no matter how busy they are to utilize an allergy safe workspace to make his ice cream even though it takes much longer to do so for them so that he can enjoy the ice cream too.

Tonight they were slammed with people and they just paid extra attention to our order as always. They just truly care about their customers. This is the only ice cream place in Ottawa that we have found that bends over backwards to ensure someone with a severe allergy can enjoy the ice cream too.

It’s a great experience and the ice cream was tasty, as was their cappuccino. I had the strawberry cheesecake and it was wonderful. Will definitely be returning.

I absolutely love Roll’d Up Ice Cream! The ice cream is so fresh and creamy — you can really taste the quality in every bite. They have a great variety of flavours and toppings, and it’s always fun to watch them roll it right in front of you. The place itself is super clean, welcoming, and has a really nice vibe. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Definitely one of my favourite dessert spots — highly recommend checking it out!

This might be random, but I love coming here specifically for their Vietnamese coffee it's so good! I'm not a big fan of ice cream so I got this instead; and have been coming back for it ever since. Definitely worth a try

Stopped by for an ice cream treat on a hot day and loved watching them make it fresh with the chopping, blending, and rolling. I had the pistachio. It was creamy and not too sweet, though the flavor was a bit mild for my taste. My friend had the mixed berry but was hoping for a more tart flavor. Overall, a fun experience, just not quite our flavor style.

My family and I are exploring fun places to visit in Ottawa that are children friendly and this popped up on google. You get to see the rolled up ice-cream being made, we got 3 flavors of cake, the red velvet was the best. The vanilla ice cream was a little bland… other than that, it was a great experience.
