Worse customer service! We ordered two dishes and all I asked for was extra napkins since we can't dine in eating in the car can be messy and tge lady said no we have enough in the bag which were two napkins, and I asked for extra lemon and she said no to that too and said we have them in the dishes we ordered. Opened tge dish and for that one dish there was only one quarter of a lemon. Never going again.

I was disappointed by the food from here. Other Thai places provide much better fare. The fish cakes were bizarre in texture and flavor. The same could be said of almost all their dishes that I tried. The curry was good, but the rest, while made of edible sources, barely qualifies as food.

No complaints whatsoever!Been going there for the past 17 yrs and only Thai restaurant where they kept the quality and same portion. If you like spicy to semi spicy do try #72. Cheers.

My last two visits were sadly very underwhelming. Unfortunately, what was once a former staple for great Thai and Chinese, it has since lost its shine. The sauces have lost their flavour and their vegetable stir fry was made with veggies past their best before date. I hope they can survive COVID and turn things around again.

This place has in my opinion the best Phad Thai in town. Im a big fan of Phad Thai and I tried it at alot of places. In fact it is the only thing I order from Royal Thai so I cant comment on the other food.

I've been going here for over 20 years and I always order the same dishes because no other Chinese restaurant compares for these very specific dishes (beef orange flavour and hunan dumpling). I really hope they survive the pandemic.
Great restaurant, friendly staff, fabulous food, my favorite in the entire city of Ottawa and Yes, they have take-out!

The food here is pretty good, whether it is dim sum or à la carte. The place is generally comfortable and the ambience is fine. A bit pricey though, and getting increasingly so with each passing year.
