We have literally been buying Rubys since the 1960s. John used to always know who i was when I came in. He would ask about my father, comment on my mother. Rubys is our Christmas Eve dinner, homecoming and birthday celebrations meals and favorite "treat" when we want to indulge. We would ordered egg rolls and freeze them and bring them to my brother during University out of town. We made sure to order during the pandemic to help keep them open and employees employees.

This is my favourite Chinese food place by far. I've been going to Ruby since I was a kid. The sweet and sour chicken balls are the best I've ever had, no other chicken balls have even come close.
I am writing to give the owner some feedback on our takeout order today but could not obtain the email address.
Our order consisted of four eggrolls($12.40), beef fried rice ($12)and Cantonese chow mein ($20) We received only one fortune cookie. The total came to $50.74
