The pho is always delicious and served quickly. Perfect for a quick workday lunch!

The server was absolutely lovely - the soup was not. Super weird taste, maybe the chili oil I added had gone bad? Either way, I couldn't eat it. And the atmosphere is very drab - decor is really musty and dated. Overall, a sad experience.

Feels like a family run Mom & Pop business. Fairly quiet inside. The dishes were okay. They are not bad, but not culinary amazing either. Feels more like the type of comfort food you would expect from a Mom & Pop restaurant.

service is good, food is not good. Very little amount even in downtown area, like a snack portion rather a meal. Plus the Ingredients are the cheapest one. Won’t come back again.

Very good, the tea is fresh and so is the food!

On the plus side, the waitress was extremely friendly and made me feel quite welcome. On the negative side, the food was a disappointment. I ordered one of my favorite dishes: Lemongrass beef on vermicelli. Sadly, the vermicelli was far too soggy and oily while the beef was lacking in flavor. Perhaps this was a fluke one-off, but I probably won't be going back to find out.

Meat wasn’t good, and i dont think i should pay a dollar for a take out container

Super disappointed in the vermicelli bowl I ordered on UberEats. I got one sliver of cucumber, a few sad leaves of lettuce and the rest was browning, old-tasting bean sprouts. Stone cold rubbery chicken. Not worth the 18$ price tag at all. Honestly the most depressing vermicelli bowl I've ever ordered.

Always been curious to try this place out. But glad I was finally able to try it. It’s rich in history and they have specials that differentiate it from other pho places. Notably the dry pho, the pho sate and calamari.

The sate was more on the creamy and nutty side given the peanut based soup. Could use a bit more spiciness but delicious overall. Would highly recommend this place, bumped to one of my choices of pho in Ottawa

This has been one of my go to spots for years, specially when I worked down town.
Today my chronic illness hit me when I was eating so I had an extended stay sick on the washroom. That staff were kind and understanding checking in on me to make sure I was alright. Highly recomend. Solid pho, nice atmosphere great downtown location

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, for like 8 years but in the last two years it has been nothing but disappointment. They get orders wrong all the time, fight with you about it and honestly pretty overpriced considering everything. I don’t think I will ever be spending money here again.

My family and I have been going for 6+years now and we will never try any other pho restaurant. This is the place to go, the customer service, the food, and hospitality is amazing. There’s always this one lady that works there and she has been at this restaurant since we’ve started going and she is great, and very fast! Would recommend to anyone to go here:)

Best Pho and egg noodle soup I’ve had in my entire life, I’ve never had broth so flavourful compared to other Pho houses in Ottawa. 100% worth the price if you’re going for soup. The server was also a very kind man, will definitely return again.
