This was the first time dining at this restaurant. Maybe it was just the location, or a bad night? Either way, the soup dumpling was not what I expected when comparing to other traditional soup dumplings from other places I’ve tried. I was hoping it would be as good as the other places I’ve been to, but I was disappointed with the thickness of the wrap, the lack of ginger served and the size of the pan fried dumplings.
We visited as a group of 7 on Saturday early afternoon; the restaurant was packed, but we were able to be seated immediately.
Total after taxes and tip was approximately $160. It’s noted that we weren’t too hungry, so we didn’t order that much. (Note that not all food items ordered are pictured.) For big eaters or those who are famished, expect a higher bill. Some notes on some of the food:
