Was craving a poutine, and this place seemed like it would be good. I ended up getting a medium because I was hungry, but the gravy was disappointing and so were the cheese curds. Thought it was a bit pricey, but the hours of this place is what makes it good. I’m sure they get a lot of business with all the bars near by, because nothing hits better than eating a poutine when you’re drunk or hung over.

Pretty mediocre and very expensive. Small cup of poutine was $10.00. Cheese curds were not squeaky and the gravy was lukewarm, not hot. Fries were ok. Cash only. Still enjoyed it but have had better poutine.

No place to sit except for the table without an umbrella or roof top. The employee’s friends occupied all the covered sitting areas. After paying for our food, we sat down at the table and ate. You will also have to make sure you speak up loud otherwise the guy will charge you an extra large poutine even when you didn’t order it.

HUGE shoutout to the amazing staff at this Ice Cream shop in Ottawa! I made a rookie mistake and didn't have Canadian cash on hand, and they didn't accept credit cards. Instead of turning me away, the kind person behind the counter generously gave me TWO ice creams for FREE for my kiddos! Talk about kindness and generosity! If you're ever in Ottawa, do yourself a favor and stop by this shop - not just for the delicious ice cream, but for the incredible customer service. Thanks again for the sweet treat (and the lesson in having local currency)!

I was in Ottawa for the weekend and ended up going back to this place multiple times. The food is cheap and really tasty and hits the spot as you walk around. The people working there are friendly and really fast - there was a long line when I arrived but she sped through it quickly. One thing to note is that it is cash only.
Just a really good stand, cash only but 10/10 poutine, was really crispy and the perfect amount of cheese curds and gravy. Good amount of food for the price. Whoever this guy is, made the best poutine we’ve ever had. We also came back twice more because of it!
