The pizza at this place is truly amazing 🍕—I really loved it! Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service brought my rating down.
On my first visit, I ordered through their app but had a payment issue and had to redo my order. I accidentally selected immediate pickup even though I wasn’t nearby, so I called the restaurant to explain and give them my arrival time. The staff’s response was very casual—“yeah okay, I’ll tell the cook”—and it didn’t feel reassuring 😩. Sure enough, when I arrived, my pizza had been sitting for about an hour and a half and was completely cold.
I take some responsibility for not double-checking my order, but the lack of attentiveness from staff was disappointing.

I went closer to look at the menu, and as soon as the cashier saw me, they handed me a menu and said, “By the way, the wait time for pizza right now is an hour and a half!” Honestly, that’s a ridiculous wait time for such a popular pizza place 🙃 but what bothered me even more was the attitude. Both times I’ve been to this location, the staff didn’t seem to care or engage at all. There’s no sense of pride or hospitality, which really takes away from how good their pizza is.

This has to be at the top of Ottawa’s pizzerias. This place has fantastic pizza. The staff are friendly and dedicated too.
Extremely long wait to get one pizza - the pizza itself was underdone and a bit leathery, and the folks at the counter were sullen and unfriendly.

I paid $72 for two whole pizzas 🍕 White sauce mushroom pizza was surprisingly yummy 😋 I talked to two staff today. One blond lady who served us donuts was very cold, and the other lady who took my pizza orders was kind and professional. I mean, both staff were pretty good but the lady with rich voice was very professional.
