placed a order in the Belleville location at 11:30 a.m. Pick up for 2:30pm for 3 pizzas, drove across town to find out that they didn't even have my order started or even knew about it but someone on the phone took my order and confirmed because it was my name of the day. disappointed first time trying this place and I never got to try it. it's service like this that wrecks places for first time going or even knowing about this place.

I ordered 2 pizzas from the location close to my house in Kingston Ontario, once I was there, they advised me it was sent to the downtown which is a 25 min drive. Once I got there they hadn't even received my order, had to wait to get my order which was done terribly, missing meat and olives even after stating that I wanted extra olives. terrible service and food. Zero accountability from these locations and I even tipped them and couldn't get that back.

Preface - I hate leaving negative reviews.. My wife and I are regulars at this place - we think it's the best pizza in Ottawa. After a very long day on Nov 9 we were looking forward to having our favorite food, but we were in for a surprise. From the moment we walked in, it took almost 40 mins to get our food. Staff looked so confused and unorganized, it was painful to watch. We didn't recognize any of the staff so we thought they may be new. Our pizza wasn't cooked enough too. All the customers seemed frustrated. It's unfortunate because all of our incredibly positive experiences will be overshadowed by this one frustrating time. Absolute bummer..
10/10 all around. Best pizza in ottawa in my opinion.

***No Tap water***. I asked at the cash for a cup of water when we were paying for our pizzas and the cashier told me “we don’t have some.” I’m thinking “ok this guys is just making me buy a bottle of water, which I dont want.” So I asked why since most restaurants I believe by law have to have potable water for food safety reasons. He said “someone got sick”, then showed the bottled drinks and beer taps they had as alternatives.I was a bit alarmed after hearing someone got sick from drinking the water here- now I am concerned about the DOUGH, because you need water to make it. I asked the cashier how they could make dough with bad water - to which the cashier told me they used bottled water. Which did not seem correct. Then a younger staff member intervened as he overheard us having a problem- he seemed more “in charge” than the cashier guy. I explained how I wanted a cup of water, but the cashier told me the water makes people sick which seriously had me concerned about the safety of the DOUGH. He then followed up saying “the water comes out warm”. Still not great.Food was decent, but Very disappointed they didnt have a better response about the water or even making a mention that they were going to get it fixed. I feel like by food and safety reasons they should have potable drinking water with both hot and cold taps.
