Accepted our order on uber. Literally was closed and empty when the driver arrived.
If there was someone there, why accept the order if you’re closing?
If it’s auto accepted, why not program it to store hours?
If they can’t get that right, probably for the best we didn’t get our drinks. Hate to find out they also forgot to flush the cleaner from the feed lines before opening that day…

Ok very sorry to tell you this but, i will never give this place another go. First time ordered two iced lattes, got iced black coffee. We left it- wife was done with it, but i always give a business a second go if its a simple mistake. Today i took back a burnt milk latte, cause it tasted like 3 day old dirty machine coffee and burnt milk. The esspresso i got in replacement i put too my lips and i can never untaste that!! I suggest someone teach this shop how to clean the machine, and the few small but very important rules of making coffee and keeping your machine clean and your coffee grinds not burnt. I apologise to my taste buds and suggest if you care for yours to stay clear of this coffee place.

Worst Americano I've ever had in my life. It tasted like burnt plastic and dirt. I'm no coffee snob, but this would have been the first time in my life I returned a coffee. I did not return the coffee, however, as the barista had already established herself as unpleasant and unapproachable (she didn't say hello, or even ask me what I wanted when I came up to order. She just stared at me until I told her what I wanted, and continued saying nothing for the remainder of the transaction).

Best Second cup location I’ve tried the same drink at multiple locations and this one makes it the best. All the baristas are very helpful and welcoming and service is pretty quick considering how busy it can get. I’ll be coming back for sure!!

Who turns off their ice machine an hour before close? I've been there 2-3 hours before close and they say they turned their ice machine off. Just got somewhere else. They don't want to serve customers.

Good, clean and hygienic coffee shop, to sit down relax, and work while drinking their nice flavoured coffee everyday, I am yet to try their cakes and muffins, but it looks good from the view.
