This place actually is horrible its dirty and why is there napkins and trash everywhere and i went in the night and morning and it still looks the same the coffee was so watered down and the workers were to rude and the bathroom is the horrid the place is nasty and the 2 time i been it smells and a watery substance is all over the bathroom walls and seat, the least you can do is clean or even DRY everything

We visited this Second Cup in Ottawa after seeing many positive reviews, but the experience was disappointing. The furniture is old, tables are unstable, and the place didn’t feel very clean. Coffee was okay, but the pastries were stale, hard, and not enjoyable. I wouldn’t pay for this again or return — easier to choose another café.

We had a wonderful experience at this cafe! My frequent and I stopped in and ordered a cappuccino, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced with a rich espresso flavor and silky, smooth foam. The atmosphere is so inviting and the staff were incredibly friendly, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. It is clear they take pride in the quality of their coffee. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to try more of their menu. Highly recommended for any coffee lover

I was delighted by the efficiency and competence of the staff during my visit today. Even though they were dealing with a swarm of customers ordering coffee non-stop, the members of the staff known as Saba and Rena handled the situation beautifully. You can tell these ladies were experienced, demonstrating peak flow state during this rush. Truly astounding work, keep it up girls!!
Ah yes i got some amazing tasting matcha quite delicious I must say. I did heavily indulge in such joyous activities. I also particularly enjoyed Miral's amazing service and hospitality.
