We visited this Second Cup in Ottawa after seeing many positive reviews, but the experience was disappointing. The furniture is old, tables are unstable, and the place didn’t feel very clean. Coffee was okay, but the pastries were stale, hard, and not enjoyable.
I wouldn’t pay for this again or return — easier to choose another café.

We had a wonderful experience at this cafe! My frequent and I stopped in and ordered a cappuccino, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced with a rich espresso flavor and silky, smooth foam. The atmosphere is so inviting and the staff were incredibly friendly, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. It is clear they take pride in the quality of their coffee.
