Fantastic service. The baristas always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and this particular second cup has such a nice environment- so many nice plants and a fountain that makes it my favourite spot for a coffee. Drinks are always made well. Highly recommend this location as the best one in Ottawa!

This second cup has the most friendly service. It is a great place to come study, do some work, or have a quick coffee with a friend. The employees treat customers with care and 5 start service ! Also, the space is always clean.
First time visiting this location and loved the ambiance, live plants and good customer service. Loved the comfy seating and the quiet atmosphere.

Barista doesnt greet you, no smile, heavy sighs and eye rolls. Maybe shes having a bad day but if you're in a customer facing roll you have to at least pretend to be happy to see your customers. I smiled and said hello and she gave zero acknowledgement, didnt even look at me. I told her my order and got a "that's it?" From her and that was the extent of it. I said thank you and wished her a good day and she just walked away, again with no acknowledgement. I'll go to other locations in the future.

Put more staff on! It's Saturday at 5pm, 11 customers in store, 3 in line, I'm just waiting for my drink, and there's one poor guy working like a dog. Poor management, great service.
