The most fantastic service I’ve ever received. Maruf was bright and friendly and the staff made the experience and drinks amazing. Conversation with Maruf was also nice, he was very funny and inviting. :) I will be coming back. The decor and atmosphere is cute. Definitely recommend going to this location.

First time here they have an employee that has language barrier and is not trained enough. It took 15 minutes for him to punch flat white and everything entered was wrong. On top of the hat all our drinks are made wrong . I had to make my decaf because he can’t do 1 cream 3 sugar. It was a disaster never again . But he person before us ordered matcha team he added coffee to it!!!!

Kinda disappointed to be honest. The croissant felt stale and the staff weren’t as exceptionally nice as the reviews proclaimed. The croissant felt a felt stale and the hot chocolate wasn’t so good I shouldn’t have braved the weather.

Fantastic service. The baristas always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and this particular second cup has such a nice environment- so many nice plants and a fountain that makes it my favourite spot for a coffee. Drinks are always made well. Highly recommend this location as the best one in Ottawa!
