Put more staff on! It's Saturday at 5pm, 11 customers in store, 3 in line, I'm just waiting for my drink, and there's one poor guy working like a dog. Poor management, great service.

Extremely cute Cafe, unlike other Second Cup cafes that became corporate plain and dreadful. Tasteful decor, quick nice service, I go there when I can, and every time it's awesome. 11/10 if I could

This is one of the nicest Second Cup locations in the city. The atmosphere is excellent for work and a great place to meet friends or clients. It really helps that the coffee shop including the washrooms are kept clean.

I often come by to pick up a coffee and the service is top-notch. 10/10 for all the staff as they are courteous, kind and welcoming.
