I was really disappointed with my experience here. I specifically asked for no sugar in my matcha latte, but it came extremely sweet. Only afterward the staff mention that their powdered matcha is already sweetened. He didn’t offer me another drink or a refund, just said they could add more milk to water it down. This feels careless and dismissive. If you care about quality drinks and good service, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Bad experience second time coming here and the choclate croissant smelled pff I went to change it and because hes asian he likes to argue and didnt want to change it. Thats food and if a customer didnt like a thing u must change it ur not getting it out of your pocket. If a business keeps on doing this then its a fail and running on budget.

The owners and all the staff are friendly and efficient. It’s become my go-to place for coffee while I work. And they’re the only chain or privately owned shop that I can find that serves flavoured drip coffee.

Husband picked up a London fog for me this morning and when I took a sip I could tell it wasn't right, they didn't use Earl Grey tea. Drove back to the location myself to have it corrected only to be told "That's just the way WE make it" with black tea because the Earl Grey tea was discontinued!? That's not a London fog. That's just a black tea late. It's not ok to make a substitution and not advise the customer of it. He would have gone elsewhere or at the very least saved me the trip of going back to find out what they had given me instead ?

I like 35% cream in my coffee (a splash in my drip coffee). This location recently started charging $1.50 for this which is flat out ridiculous—may as well not offer it. I'll be going to Amandine or Starbucks which have this for free. ? Bye forever Second Cup Scott St?
The owner is very nice, last time I bought a bag of espresso beans he gave us a free cup of coffee. They are always consistent with their drinks & food.
