Stopped in again today, (Oct 1) was served by Nicole. The coffee was again fantastic , and the service was quick and friendly. Five stars again ⭐ I'll be making this place my go-to coffee place from now on. 👍

I’m a regular at Second Cup and don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to shout out Maya, the new barista. She’s super kind and even complimented me the other day—it totally made my day. Great coffee, amazing vibe, and even better service thanks to her!

There is a girl working there on the drive through as of 3:30 pm on Friday 21st of February 2025. She said yes once then disappeared and left us waiting forever saying hello and she never answered and there was no one at all other than us. Then when went to the window she was laughing and said I couldn't hear you and she was very clearly playing us for some reason. She spent a long time preparing a single americano and looks like she put something strange in it as it smelled very weird and disgusting and we threw it away immediately because it smelled and looked terrible and we didn't trust this girl working there. Her management needs to see on cameras what she did and deal with her.

Looooove Second Cup but the brunette girl at the drive thru is so pushy about the “option to tip” on the machine…. No other location does this and it’s quite rude to even put it to the customer— they need to remove this practice
