I get coffee in the morning at this location and it is always a hit or miss. I like the drinks but when they don't get it right, it's not a great start to your day. Their drinks are so sweet and the temperature is too hot. I'm surprised no one has been seriously burned. I ask them to adjust my drink and sometimes they remember to do it. I pick up my drinks at the drive through so it's hard to turn back to redo the drink.

22 min stuck in the drive thru is unacceptable. All for 2 cars in front of me. Never again and they have the guts to ask for a tip on the machine. How shameful wasting people’s Saturday. Bound to go bankrupt with business practice like this.

visited Second Cup recently and was recommended the iced café decaf by one of the staff. I’m glad I took their suggestion it was smooth, refreshing, and just the right balance of flavour without being too sweet. Perfect for a hot day! The staff member was friendly and attentive, and their recommendation really made my visit better. I’ll definitely be back for another.
