I am a regular at this location and just wanted to give a quick shoutout to jasleen one of the baristas who’s always hands on and makes my order perfect! She’s super helpful and friendly ,always suggests me new drinks and add ons! Will recommend everyone to visit this place!

“Nice place with great coffee and friendly staff.”

I had a really pleasant experience at Second Cup Café in Ottawa. The coffee was fresh and tasted great, and the café had a calm, cozy atmosphere — perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Overall, a nice place to enjoy a good cup of coffee. I’d definitely come back!

Second Cup is always a great experience, but what really makes it special is the amazing service. A special shoutout to Jasleen, who is hands down the best! She’s friendly, professional, and always makes customers feel welcome. Because of her, Second Cup feels like more than just a coffee stop it feels like a place you want to come back to again and again.
