My drink took a while to make. I was waiting at least 7 minutes.

I feel really bad for the girls that work here. They are busy, ran off their feet, and often you'll see ONE person working serving all those customers. It's not fair to them. Do better management

Baristas are not pleasant and in their own world when serving anyone!

i watched the barista making me smoothie blow her nose and then make my smoothie without washing her hands what the hell

also there was not ONE real fruit in my smoothie. watched it being made with ice, milk, strawberry sauce and chocolate sauce. a $7 cup of artificial syrups 😖 mediocre taste too

Staff is unfriendly, and borderline rude. I always greet staff at any place with a smile, and here they just glare right at you it’s actually really uncomfortable. Makes me dread going to grab a coffee or snack here while I study. Food is ok

The cookie was really crunchy and the hot chocolate is the best thing i have ever tasted

The service is very slow and the cashiers never smile and say hello or thank you. They have such a bad attitude.

My drink was good, but for being the only customer in sight, the 15 minute wait for my coffee seemed a bit long. Either way I got my drink so I mean

I ordered a mango and strawberry italian soda but the staff member just gave me strawberry. I saw them making it and the girl staff told the guy staff they don't have mango and the guy just shrugged it off telling her they will just make it with strawberry. What pisses me off the most is they never told me anything about them running out of mango, i would have subsituted another flavor besides strawberry. Now I just wasted my money without getting a product that I paid for. When I went back to ask her that they only made my drink with strawberry syrup. The girl just told me sorry the guy forgot to tell you. Nah I was right infront of them the whole time, and both of them simply did not care. When I went back to them, expecting them to make it right or something and fix it, the girl just said sorry sorry. I didn't wanna cause a scene but when you make a mistake, get reminded of that mistake you should fix it. So now im pissed I spent money on a product I didn't get, and they never fixed it. I know they are tired but this is just horrible customer service. And they could have made it right but just looked at me said sorry and simply did not care enough. On top of this they charged me 25 cents, a paying customer who is already paying for these bloody drinks for a fork. Like bro I am buying stuff at the restaugrant, can't you just give it to me for free at this point. I'm just pissed and my retaliation might be petty but this one star is what they get. I'm sorry if this message has consequences to the workers but bruh I'm just annoyed at this point. I would have wrote something positive if their response was more then just an apology.

Prices are higher then normal Second Cup, meh it’s ok

If you are busy please avoid this place.Inefficient staff and they are not trained well. The staff lack customer service training. One of them literally left the counter when it was my turn to order.The coffee makers are cleaned with towel, and could see they continue to use the same towel again and again.Long queues, inefficient staff, lack of proper training and no free wifi, that’s colossal loss of time.

Nice but I am not a fan of their coffee.
