Ordered some blueberry muffins. Chose the unheated option as I figured, logically, they'd just be at room temperature. Nope, they were all frozen and still in the original wrappers. It's like they just pulled them from the freezer and tossed them into the bag. Normally, unheated doesn't mean frozen.

Staff is super friendly and are really fast too! Great options - the vanilla hot chocolate is a favourite! Quite a few spots to sit including some couches and loads of outlets. Washrooms are clean as well

I'm all for supporting canadian businesses. This coffeeshop has been consistently disappointing. Their cookie singlehandedly ruined my morning. Will be taking the detour to the Ministry of Coffee from now on.

I had the worst matcha latte I’ve ever tasted here. It was clearly made with low-quality powder mixed with syrup — no authentic matcha flavor, just gritty clumps that wouldn’t dissolve. The staff were also quite indifferent. While I was waiting to order, they were talking about a homeless person in the store but didn’t greet me or explain what was going on. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant, and the drink left a sour aftertaste.

Coffee as well as atmosphere is good. However, there’s constantly employees on their phones while making drinks which can take up to 10 min for an iced coffee.

I ordered a matcha and it was around 7 dollars for a small cup, it was very cheap quality especially for the price I'm paying, 7 dollars for a small cup and the matcha is not even green it's almost yellow. Very bad quality change your matcha or change your price.
