I'm disappointed I usually get my hot chocolate at the one at the Ottawa library but it was closed so I went to this one, the employees weren't the nicest I've met but it doesn't matter, on the other hand the hot chocolate I will say it is disgusting, there is no chocolate in it it looks like there is just water the worst is that I took 2 horrible

I don’t want to rate the service even 1 star. I ordered a small cappuccino which is for about $5. 35. To my surprise it was all full of creame and you can literally finish the coffee with two sips. My God such a bad service and it’s really a cheat. If Second cup management reads this review so consider I give 0/5 for their cheating to me.this was the second cup at 153 Laurier Ave. Near university campus… Ottawa. I bought it around 2:30 pm. today. Literally waste of my money and time. Rather would have given to any beggar…!!! So disgusting.

Place is fairly accessible. The place is busy since its close to university of ottawa but line is moving quick. Lots of table and chair with charging port for long time stay. The place and washroom is clean. Price is within affordable price and the quality is amazing.

Been going here for YEARS...It's a wonderful location. Second Cup Corporate bought it back some time ago from the franchisee...but the staff that work there are great.
