The lady who served was super rude. She wasn’t very happy to help me not sure why. She was looking at me with a very angry face. I saw the same lady serving a customer very happily. I am brown and that customer she served was white! I don’t wanna say she was a racist, but your staff made me feel guilty for nothing!!

I love coming to Second Cup at Bayshore! They have the best drinks and best customer service! I love the Italian sodas and the Mocha lattes!

Guy with the beard made me the best drink I've ever tasted, even though I've came many times in the past, my drink this time was phenomenally better compared the times before. 5 stars

The coffee was barely warm. I ordered coffee with one cream and it tasted like 2 creams were added. My daughter order Matcha latte and it was almost not mixed. Very disappointed ?

I ordered a drink and as I finished it, there was an acrylic nail at the bottom. I’m completely disgusted.

I enjoy second cup but I was disappointed today when I thought I would be able to order my drink before work. As I noticed I didn’t have time I asked for a refund. The manager kept refusing to give me a refund because my drink was being made , I kept trying to explain I have to leave and start work and will come back maybe for my break. Regardless of the drink being made or not if a customer request a refund for a drink they paid for , it should be refunded. I had to wait because the barista and manager were chatting with someone who was singing and joking around with them. They had to remake the order ahead of mine cause the lady said she asked for hot and not iced, they gave the extra drink to the customer joking around with them.

Nice cafe. Friendly staff. Economy is tough but need to update your inventory. Plate was massively chipped. A real hazard. Chairs are on their last legs pun intended. Needs an overall update.

Parking: Right across from the Apple Store so take that as you will. :)

Horrible experience with this place

Went to the counter and asked about got coffees and received a gesture in response. Decided on a medium cappuccino. Got a half full cup top up with foam. No pleasantries such as "thank you" or "have a nice evening". Coffee and service both disappointing.

We ordered hot chocolate and it was tasty, hot, and creamy! The sugar amount was ideal, not too sweet.Cute little café. Prices are on the higher side though!
