I waited in line from 1.40 to 1.51 only 3 customers were served i asked if u can get the second girl working cause i have to go back to work and u have a line out the door. She said no she cant come help. Didnt even ask her to come help the line with mall employees spending there break for a coffee. It makes me glad ur closing down. Service like this has no place in the mall. Its not rocket science

Bachar and the whole staff are the absolute best. The drinks are always consistent, line moves fast, makes great conversation etc. I walk twenty minutes there and back just because it’s my favourite second cup to get coffee at. Bachar runs the place so well and is incredibly efficient. Love this place! Best staff ever. 90% of the reason I go!

Sadly the worst experience, firstly they were not even interested in taking order. When i ordered a Hazelnut latte, it was cold and with no foam. Even three shots of espresso didn’t feel like it. She gave me a weird look when i asked her to correct the drink. Zero customer service, no interaction. Never recommend this location to anyone.

Was visiting Ottawa and was very disappointed with this location. Incredibly rude staff looked annoyed all the customers were in the store. No greetings just "Next what do you want". Wouldn't go back.Worst Second Cup experience ever

I ordered a French vanilla cold brew at first. It was too sweet. I got back and ordered another cold brew black. And I tell them to dispose of the vanilla cold brew that is still full . Seeing me disappointed. The cashier offered me a refund. However, the manager beside him said that the refund cannot be done. That leaves me more disappointed than before. Therefore the one star. I seriously believe that vanilla cold brew they added too much sugar. It's almost undrinkable.

It absolutely baffles me how a coffee shop is open after 9am??? Covid is over. You really need to change your hours. A lot of people would appreciate that.They are also often out of ice and bananas. For an almost $9 drink… it’s a bit ridiculous. It’s like management doesn’t even care. They don’t write signs or anything so you stand in line forever only to find out after the fact wasting your time. I go on my breaks at times and that’s a lot of wasted time
