Chased me with a knife because I asked for a remake, I asked for a re make because he purposely gave me the wrong order and then started splurting slurs towards me and making nasty comments about my family. Do not come here because these guys are

This review is exclusively for their bubble tea. For a restaurant that serves bubble tea on the side and not as their main product, it was good. Mind you it's made from powder and I don't think it actually had any tea in it, lol. However, I'm a bit of a nostalgic sap and their bubble tea reminds me of what bubble tea in Ottawa was like 15 years ago before bubble tea was cool/became mainstream. I got the Lychee flavour with tapioca ($6). It was blended very smooth. It didn't taste gritty nor have any ice chunks. I was impressed. The lychee flavour was good, albeit artificial. The tapioca were soft and I liked the taste, but admittedly they tasted like the tapioca from those DIY bubble tea kits, lol, you know the ones premade in a bag that you pop in the microwave, haha. This ain't no The Alley or Gong Cha, but bubble tea is not their specialty, it's just their side gig, so for what it is, I think it was good.Staff were very friendly and welcoming. And even asked me to taste the drink before paying to ensure it was to my satisfaction. The decor of the restaurant is really nice. Lots of pretty murals on the walls and lanterns hanging from the ceiling. I have never had the food at this location, only at the location in the Queen St Fare Food Hall. Although that was a while ago and I do believe there was a change of ownership since the original owners set up shop in 2015. I'm thinking between 2018-2020, but not entirely sure when it was. I would be open to checking out the food here. In addition to Asian fare they also serve North American breakfast (e.g. bacon and eggs). This location is at Lansdowne Park, so paid parkade parking or street parking only.

Arun’s service was top notch, the breakfast pancakes and fresh fruit was very tasty and filling and the bubble tea was really refreshing on a hot day. Arun is also an F1 fan so feel free to have a chat with him. Highly recommend ?

Our server was overwhelmed because of staff shortages but she did her best. However the food was horrendously bad and overpriced. This place is struggling and we won’t return or overpay for such badly prepared and tasteless

Worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had by a long shot. Food inedible. First meal in years I’ve not eaten. And I’ll eat pretty much anything. Wine was off. Bathroom clean.

I think kitchen is the bottle neck: very slow. We and other customers came in, the waiters are friendly and nice, and doing their best. But the kitchen was so slow that we waited for almost an hour to get the food.

Avoid! This place is in shambles. I stopped by to get a bubble tea and no one was there. I almost left but a server arrived and helped. She was friendly and helpful, but the place was messy and disorganized. The ambiance was dreary and silent (no clientele and no music). My impression was that the owner didn't care about their business at all.As for the bubble tea, it was gross. Cloyingly sweet and artificial tasting, I couldn't finish it and felt sick afterwards. Terrible experience, and really sad to see such a neglected establishment.

This was such an awful experience at a restaurant and I have to be really moved to leave a negative review. Not only was the food not good, we didn’t get what we ordered, nor were we asked one single time if our meals were good. They also did not come out with all the parts included, we had to wave a hand to even get any attention put on us so we could ask for the rice that came with the dish and there were only two tables in the entire restaurant, (yes, they forgot the rice at an Asian restaurant). Hygiene was questionable at best, our drinks were delivered by being held at the lip of the glass, and we even saw the server carry water to another table held against his body. It was really disappointing and I won’t be going back - such a shame as it’s a great location, and the only reason we tried it was because the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences we have had. Our server was really nice but overwhelmed. And signs were posted looking for more staff, so that is clearly a struggle for them. The food was less than food court quality at double the price. Will not return.

Food was made from obviously old ingredients, especially the potatoes. The eggs had multiple pieces of egg shell, and the price of the rice dish was way too much for size and quality($26). The breakfast had free coffee, but it wasn't any good, although not terrible at least. Only the fruit side was fresh.I complained, and got a verbal apology, but nothing was done to correct it. The waiters were friendly, but the food took forever and there were only two tables of customers on a Saturday at noon.I highly recommended against dining here.

Ok, we went today for the first time, I tried trio rice which was ok, but for the quality of meat, chicken and tofu I find it overpriced. My husband tried one of the breakfast l, which was really bad, he ordered Den Benedict, there were eggs shells on his plate, potatoes were old and horrible, ham was low quality the only good thing was the fruit.Coffee is free with food but really low quality, I went there because I'm in the past they had really good reviews, but agreed with the most recent reviews, The food is not good enough, it's old no fresh ingredients and low quality. The server was polite at least l.

In hindsight, we should have realized that something was off when this restaurant was the only one without a long wait time despite a football game being on. Unfortunately, our suspicions were confirmed when we were served lukewarm wine. To make matters worse, the General Tso's Chicken had a bad fishy aftertaste that lingered in my mouth long after I left the restaurant. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant since it was the worst +$45 meal I’ve ever had.

I liked this place, I think most reviews have it right. Although allegations of racial slurs should be taken seriously. That's unacceptable if true.I've been here twice, both times prior to sporting events and I think that it has a lot of potential. The staffing seemed to be short when I went both times and it definitely was hectic. The main manager is inexperienced, and it shows. One time we were alone with nobody else in the restaurant, the other time it was packed. So a good sample of two trips. The food, and the beer specials are good. I liked the meal. One comment is the giant hoop they have hanging up, I don't really understand it and it's quite weird, at least in my view. Perhaps they use it for something but it just didn't fit the vibe.
