Staff is very rude. I waited for long for my order and they didn't have any courtesy to acknowledge the delay or apologize for it. As such, food was also below average and overly burnt and the taste of rice was bland even though I had asked for spicy. Most of all, their rude behavior is off-putting and can spoil the mood. So I would just try out the other options in the rideau mall food court. Basic courtesy is lacking here and I will not recommend this place.

Horrible experience every single time they can't seem to ever have fresh food. I even specifically asked if the dish that I wanted was fresh and I would told yes it was not. I got my money back this time, I've given them multiple chance at this point and all but ONCE had the food been fresh and tasted decent. It's one thing to just be bad at your job and serve cold food all the time it's another thing to lie straight to your customers face. I will not be back again. Charging me 17$ for cold stale food? No.

Was served food that was hard as a rock even some of the noodles were hard so that definitely means it was a really old. There's no way for you to contact them to get anything like that corrected or anything. And it's overpriced so I paid nearly $17 for the smallest amount of noodles that I have ever received from them and some overcooked / old shrimp. I'm very displeased the fact that I can't even call them to or submit any kind of complaint is ridiculous. This isn't my first time either I've had this happen on several occasions now and I really am at my wits end of it with it. It's disgusting and has made me ill on more than one occasion

I use to love this fast food chain but really disappointed when I ordered uber eats with them. I picked it up in person and watch them make it because I had a voucher to use in my uber app. Instead of the regular take out container they use a much smaller rectangular one. Even though I ordered the 3 items with noodles. Food portions were very stingy. I don’t recommend ordering though the uber eats app. It’s not the same portions they give you in person. Paid a lot for very little

It’s gone downhill, I went today. Food was ice cold and no one even spoke to me. They just looked at me and even when I went to the counter they said nothing and just punched in my and had the machine for paying ready. I wanted a drink and she never said a thing. I needed it to go and I needed a utensils and she didn’t provide unless I told her.
Worse service will not go back again. Horrible and horrendous
