I Went to this location and was very unimpressed with the customer service, I was served by a tall man with purple long hair and glasses. He was very dismissive throughout the whole transaction, didn’t even ask me what drink I wanted and just proceeded to pour me ice tea. When my friend asked him for condiments he was also very rude and only gave us one and said that was the policy. The food wasn’t even warm and the rice was stale and dry and they didn’t give us a bag. Only thing I can say was good was the coke he poured me.

I made a mistake with which combo number I meant and the worker was needlessly mean and rude about it.There are plenty of other places in the mall where you can purchase food, so why buy from people who use their position behind the till as a power trip?

Got food poisoning from the shrimp. Chicken and beef were just dry shells of batter with nothing in them. Thanks.

Shanghai 360 is located inside the Rideau Centre food court. The service was quick and the servers answered my questions about the Dim Sun plate. That ended up being more food than I expected. Not crazy about everything but that's a personal food choice. Rice and veggies great! I'd go back just wouldn't have the Dim Sun.Vegetarian options: Lot's of vegetarian options.Wheelchair accessibility: Mall parking.

The rice and noodles are very simple. They serve you on a very small plate.

Uhm, Uhm, Uhm. This place is so much better than I expected and imagined. The food is amazing and the atmosphere was great too. I would honestly keep going to the same spot for months and months which in return turns to years in that spot. I honestly don’t see any reason why you should not be able to go there. Hands down my favourite.

Not worth it anymore. They became greedy and very skimpy with the meat they put in while increasing the price to 17 for combo 3. Not cheap at all for a food court takeout Chinese food.
