Very rude staff, you gotta either re-train them or hire new ones. People have been complaining for a long time. The food is mediocre and meat/veggie portions are small.
Leaving 1 star for the rude service. It was kind of funny how rude they were for no reason.

What a waste of money and they are extremely rude. If you're going to order shrimp alone, it's $1 per shrimp. The coconut shrimp come with a sauce but they only gave 1 container because apparently it only comes with 1. I would understand if we were only getting 3-4 shrimp however the containers are not of regular size. You get a droplet, enough for 3 shrimp maybe. You can see in the photo thats its literally a spoonful. They actually charged us over $1 for a 2nd container. There will be no next time, either way it wasn't fresh. The food is old and gross. Go somewhere else. What it looks like is they mix what has been sitting there for a while with the fresh. Completely horrible.

The amount of food you get for over $17 is a complete rip off!

I love how they cook their mixed vegetables. They don't overload you with sauce, fried rice is really good. Their sweet and sour/honey garlic chicken is nice and tender. Customer service is friendly as well.
Dine in Shanghai 360 St laurent center this Friday. Good service excellent food. Believe your noodle is the best in town!

I went to St. Laurent Mall to Shanghai 360 and bought noodles. When I opened the container, the noodles were very bad. They mixed the new with the old. I asked them to give me another, and she just removed the dry noodles from the top and added fake fresh ones. I tried them, and they were still disgusting. I asked for a refund, and she was angry. They need to close this restaurant. It's a poison.

Food is gross. Noodles were mostly hard and burnt. General Tao was all batter barely any chicken. They give really small portions and the lady is rude . Definitely not worth the $17 ... stay away and go to manchu wok instead

Exactly the Chinese food you need when you want it! Got the munchies and I love the options to mix and match my own meals. I appreciate that they don’t dilute their sauces down and always load up the plates! The food is decent just a bit pricey so it’s worthy to share the platters..

This place used to be so packed now no one in sight. Is cause the food bad now. Not like before
Lack of care and poor taste. Little preparation of food Is done leaving bits and pieces that shouldn't be included such as legs on shrimp and bones in boneless dishes. Food is dry or overcooked and just tastes a bit old.
Great food. Many choices. Reasonably priced. Been their many times, consistent as far as I
