Food was good. Server was rude and grumpy. She was really cheap with the hot sauce, even when we kept asking for more. A lot of noodles and a good proportion of sides for the price. Still, it was good.

The server with bob cut has a very terrible attitude towards customers at Shanghai 360 st laurent mall. Her attitude was she gave me free food and i didnt pay for it. I asked the other server for this persons name and she said they don't have a name. I have been to multiple shanghai 360 and never had such a bad experience. I ordered beef pepper and I could count small 3 pieces rest everything was bell pepper. I ordered the same portion at Machu wok and the quality was amazing. Even my little kid said that server is so mean. They have very bad attitude to everyone not just me. I hope they add more customer friendly people as the servers attitude counts.

What a waste of money and they are extremely rude. If you're going to order shrimp alone, it's $1 per shrimp. The coconut shrimp come with a sauce but they only gave 1 container because apparently it only comes with 1. I would understand if we were only getting 3-4 shrimp however the containers are not of regular size. You get a droplet, enough for 3 shrimp maybe. You can see in the photo thats its literally a spoonful. They actually charged us over $1 for a 2nd container. There will be no next time, either way it wasn't fresh. The food is old and gross. Go somewhere else. What it looks like is they mix what has been sitting there for a while with the fresh. Completely horrible.
