I am sooooo happy to eat this so so nice Dubai chewy cookies here in Ottawa. Plating is perfect and the taste was so suprised. Everything is perfect in this cafe!! I highly recommend this cozy & warm & delicious cafe. Everybody must come!!!!!!💝💝💝

Visiting Ottawa last August and decided to go off the main path and try out Sharpfle as it sounded interesting and not very far from where we were staying. I had the sweet waffle and my partner had the savory and we were both very happy with the food - great value and the matcha drink special was refreshing. It was a nice morning to eat outside. I took off 1 star for atmosphere only because it's not accessible. I was using my wheelchair that day and there would have been no way to eat inside due the stairs. But luckily there was outside seating and their service was so good that I'm sure they would've taken our order outside but just a note if you have anyone with accessibility challenges.

So delicious! Service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The sesame waffle was flavourful and rich but not too sweet. The rice latte was also very good. I’ve never had something like it anywhere else.

My only recommendation would be to offer sharper knives, as the ones provided don’t cut through the waffle. Otherwise no complaints! Thank you for the excellent experience.

Visited this morning and really enjoyed the experience. The space feels unique and thoughtfully designed, giving it a special atmosphere the moment you walk in. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. A great spot to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy the calm vibe—definitely a place I’d come back to.

I want to like the place, but idk. Staff is nice but it's tight in there and when it was busy they struggled to keep up with the demand. I had to shamefully ask them to wipe down the table as it was dirty and my desert waffle was great, but cold. And the butter knife made me wreck it. I would definitely get sharper knives, ensure there's enough front of house staff to help, and make sure those sharpfles come out warm. The bananas were cold which I didn't mind but I think it's be even cuter if they came sliced then cut into quadrants so they fit snug in the wholes of the waffles. Just my 2 cents

Friendly service, went for brunch. Place was very busy. Sat at bar. Atmosphere was friendly and other customers seemed to be enjoying themselves. Food and drinks were delicious. Ordered a turkey sandwich and butterfly ice tea.

Came in Boxing Day with a group and the poor guy behind the counter was so great prepping our waffles and gave us an amazing sample of the best sweet potato soup I’ve ever had. What amazing creations! Get the combo for $24 with a savoury, a sweet and a drink! So good will be back
