Great food. Not too expensive. Nice shop.

Service was terrific, the vibe was nice but could have been cozier. The food (Korean chicken waffle) was delicious but sadly was a pretty small quantity so not worth the price. Great drinks.

We love James he is so kind and respectful, and he makes the best nutella iced lattes ever, I seriously crave them. He was also so kind to bring us over some sharpfle bits to try and they were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this adorable hidden gem, your the best James! - CNIH girls

A cozy location with great hours. A bit pricey but what isn’t these days. Great service by the staff. We sat outside in early October and the staff brought out chairs for us and wiped down the table very promptly.

Delicious! Interesting concept for the waffles as handheld with gloves this time instead of fork and knife as before, I like it. The drinks hit as always.

I ordered the egg-salad sandwich and Korean chai latte, both were absolutely delicious, so good that I forgot to take a photo. The café has an elegant vibe and a perfect ByWard location. The owner and staff were warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

Croffles were good no problems with that, but drinks weren’t really worth it to splurge on. The iced americano tasted sour and watery; the hojicha tasted like regular matcha with a bit of nuttiness but not worth it in my opinion.

Really good waffles, great amount of toppings. Matcha wasn’t the best but not the worst either. The big minus of this place are the chairs- really uncomfortable, if u want a quick bite they’re alright but otherwise better take your order to go

Order & Pay before getting seated and served. Went in paid about 45$ for 2 Waffle breakfasts, 1 amerciano and 1 latte. Food was good, more of a dessert waffle than breakfast/lunch. Service and coffee was not great. We got our coffee served to our table after we finished our plates. The coffee was not good, espresso not properly dialed. Very disappointing.

Had to change my 5 star review sadly it’s twice that the soup is missing from the combo when I order on uber. Really love Shapfle waffle.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I discovered them at their old location and was overjoyed to see they have a spot on York now. My dad and I often come in and he is downright obsessed with the coffee and food, which says a lot from a picky eater haha. My go to is the Corn and cheese waffle with a strawberry matcha and it is insanely good I crave it 24/7. And the soup??? I would eat that every day and be THRILLED. The staff are incredibly kind and sweet, as a regular customer they treat me and my dad with so much kindness it’s our favourite spot in town for brunch. If you haven’t gone to Sharpfle you are genuinely missing out. Easily top 3 places to eat and get coffee or matcha in ottawa. Love u guys xoxo

This sweet dessert restaurant is newly opened, and the plates are all looks beautiful and yummy. The servers are nice; mostly you don't have to wait for long time for your order!
