Your staff has become increasingly pushy and rushed.
The portion sizes have drastically reduced — from chicken to vegetables/salad, everything is skimpy.
I could barely taste any chicken in my wrap today. I asked for lettuce three times, and the staff seemed hesitant to add it.
It’s concerning to see the quality drop so quickly after such a great first experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements.
