I couldn't give enough stars for this place. My bf and I have been there quite a few times since opening, his son loves it there too. Services is outstanding, food is incredible and the plates are humungous!!! The first time going we were greeted by the lovely Abraham. Super nice guy, and remembered our faces the second time we went back and always takes time to ask how we've been and ask where is the boy if he is not present. The food is so fresh, love is put into every item they make and I couldn't say enough good things. I am so happy they are a new business that is thriving. They know I'll be back.LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! <3

I recently visited this place with my friends and had an amazing experience! The shawarma here is incredibly delicious, with flavourful meat and perfectly seasoned vegetables. The serving size is generous, easily feeding 2-3 people, making it great for sharing or for those with a big appetite.What impressed me the most, besides the mouthwatering food, was the cleanliness of the surroundings. The restaurant is impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment to enjoy your meal.Moreover, the owner and staffs are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers feel valued and satisfied. Their warm hospitality truly enhances the dining experience.Overall, I highly recommend Shawarma Al Mouna to anyone craving delicious shawarma in a clean and friendly environment. We go here regularly and whether getting the chicken sandwich or the plate, it's always delicious and a larger portion than I can even finish! They're always so friendly and the service is quick.
My family and I were left very dissatisfied. First of all their family platter that is supposedly good for 4-5 people at 74$ was lacking the appropriate amount of chicken to feed us all. I would say it was enough for 2-3 people in the meat ratio. It is unacceptable to give so little meat when they literally charge the highest price in town for their family platters. The food was fresh but the chicken very bland. Will not return due to price and low amount of meat which had no flavour.
The best shawarma experience in Ottawa hands down. Food was so tasty I completely forgot to take pictures. The portion was also so ridiculously genous that the only thing you have to worry about whether you can actually close the container properly.To find the absolute opposite of this place, look to the only one star review I have. If you're ever in Ottawa, please visit this store and not the other one in my other review.
