Too expensive and very dry shawarma

Ordered for a family gathering and the food was packed very nicely in large trays with all the sides separate little containers. And of course the food itself was absolutely delicious!!!! It was fresh and the aroma of chicken, rice and potatoes filled up my living room. All my guests from old to young loved it. Thank you ARZ Shawarma.

They gave me rotten and very clearly OLD kofta and when I asked them to replace it after throwing away the whole portion and they replaced it with half the amount of food I had initially paid for. The quality of the food is the worst I have ever experienced and if you have any regards for your own health and well-being, DO NOT waste your time or money here.

this place just goes to show that men don’t know how to do anything without the help of a woman. I ordered two platters of chicken kebabs, I order from there at least 2 to 3 times a week and there are always women there and they never mess up. but for some reason, a day where there are no women working, there’s three men. two of which are brothers and should know what’s on their menu and how to prepare a platter if they work there and it’s on the menu?? and even after i described on the phone how i want it, and SPECIFICALLY, WHAT i wanted on my platters. the guy who took the call even said he’d be right back because he wanted to get a pen and paper so he wouldn’t forget. either he didn’t write down my order, or those who were preparing it completely missed the fact that what I had ordered was written on a piece of paper. I had to go back in because they forgot to put my bread in the bag, then I get home and I see that they forgot my potatoes??? are you guys serious?? KNOWING platters COME with potatoes, AND I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THEM TO BE IN MY PLATTER.very VERY disappointed.

The best food court shawarma i have ever had!! So friendly too!!

This place is great, they make their food with love, it’s fresh and good quality. I got a shawarma beef wrap with potato’s and a drink, they load everything up and he even gave me fries on the side free of charge, because I mentioned they looked good. They were the best fries ever! The hot sauce is delicious and I’ll definitely be back.

My husband got a plate today, beef, chicken (both tender), rice, Potato's and fattouch salad. Fantastic! No skimping on the amount on the plate..and OMG I ate some and it's the best I've had in ages, so tasty and the garlic sauce is to die for and delicious rice. Great service as well, definitely our go to for shawarma now!! Thank you ?

They wear no gloves when handling the food and prices are trew the roof

Amazing the best

Probably the worst shawarma in the entire city. I literally could not finish the last sandwich I purchased here. Staff couldn't wear a mask properly if you glued it to their upper lip.
