There’s a reason why this place is always dead. I came here at 6pm on Saturday June 21, I’m the only customer inside the restaurant. I asked for the group meal that’s advertised on their large sign beside the road on Eagleson. The person working there could barely understand me. He goes back in the kitchen and disappears for 5 minutes, without explanation, and then comes back and tells me that he doesn’t have the large aluminum trays in stock to prepare the meal. He said he could pack everything in multiple smaller containers. What restaurant doesn’t even have proper supplies? The food isn’t even fresh because there are barely any customers.

Used to get huge portions here, they would always load up on the rice, salad, or meats. Now in my last two visits, the containers have tons of empty space in them with small portions, which is disappointing. Used to be great value for the money, but not anymore unfortunately.

Hands down, Shawarma Master in Ottawa is a MUST-VISIT! The guys working there are some of the friendliest folks I've ever met - they genuinely care about making sure you have an awesome experience. Insane portions! I mean, I'm still stuffed from that massive shawarma plate. Quality-wise, it's top-tier. If you're craving some seriously good Middle Eastern eats in Ottawa, Schwarma Master is the spot. Trust me, you won't regret it!

The food is SOOO GOOD. This is my go to spot for shawarma, it’s always fresh and clean, and the staff are so nice and welcoming as well. I lowkey feel at home everytime I come here haha. Honestly though, one of my favourite shawarma spots.

Got the chicken platter. Rice tasted a day old chicken was dry. Dosent taste like authentic shawarma. Staff are nice but if you're looking for good shawarma this ain't it.

Large billboard on eagleson road for “large Sharma poutine 9.99” however when you go to pay they charge full price 14.99. When asked they argue and say that’s a different poutine??? Ended up being charged 10.99. This has happened intentionally multiple times where they charge full price, Completely dishonest, false advertising!!!! If they are dishonest with this, sort of makes question the integrity of the ingredients for the food.

I arrived and ordered 3 chicken shawarma wraps, and being the only one in the store did not expect them to take 15+ minutes to prepare. The ones preparing the wraps were not rude or unsavory, but very slow.
The wraps themselves were below standard in terms of taste, texture, and quality and did not satisfy in the slightest. My family was disappointed.
The three wraps with no special additions or extra costs ended at around $42.00 before tip. Was not thrilled paying for them, was even less thrilled eating them.

Would give it a 0 if I could. I am still sick with food poisoning for more than 24 hours after eating chicken and beef platter from there. Never got sick like this ever, still vomiting. Something with the meat, it's not fresh.
