This used to be my go-to shawarma place. Of late though, not sure if it’s changed hands or not, it’s not living up to it’s former excellence. Meet is warm at best, takes forever for them to make it. Place is messy. Former things like tabouli are no longer there. Sad. It was convenient and the previous (current?) owner was great when he was in. Sadly, this place has lost my business.

We are regulars and typically enjoy our meal. But new person on the line, schwarma salad 1/2 the size as usual. Dressing was all oil. Donar was small and not as good.

Shawarma Master is a modern, clean and pleasant looking restaurant with what I consider very good prices. We ordered chicken and beef shawarma sandwhiches. No question at all that they are generous with the chicken & beef, which is a definite plus, but they were lacking in a garlic zip that I like in these sandwhiches.
The potato's are deep fried and a little bland for my liking. The garlic sauce is very creamy.
The garlic sauce needs more of a garlic kick for me.

I want to open by saying the service was great and the staff were very friendly.
They were generous with the toppings, but unfortunately the pitas they used seemed a little old/stale which impacted the quality, taste, and texture. They also didn't grill the sandwich long enough.
The flavours of the meat and toppings were good, and everything else seemed fresh. Hoping that this was just a one-off issue.

I recently visited Shawarma Master, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish.
First, the service left a bad impression — the person who served us came across as rude and unwelcoming, which set the tone right away. When it came to the food, things didn’t get much better. The garlic sauce tasted more like sour cream than the rich, flavorful garlic I was expecting. The rice was bland and even had a stale texture, while the potatoes were dry and lacked seasoning. To make matters worse, the wrap itself was poorly put together and was already falling apart by the time it was handed to us.
Overall, the meal felt careless and unappetizing. With so many great shawarma places around, I wouldn’t recommend Shawarma Master based on this experience.

Every time I come here, I hope Ali is the one serving me. He’s honestly the best — always friendly, welcoming, and treating every customer with kindness and respect. You can tell he’s a hard worker, and he goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a great experience. On top of that, he’s just a super cool guy, and it really makes the whole visit more enjoyable. People like Ali make a huge difference, and I’ll definitely keep coming back knowing I might see him again.
