I came all the way from hamilton and reach ottawa after 7 hours of travel. I was so much hungry that i can't even explain and i went to this place thinking this might be a place to have dinner but OMG i've wasted my money to taste the worst shawarma i've ever tasted. The food was dry. No sauce on it and the sauce they served in small containers were also just sour and tasteless. I have no idea how they have 4.4 rating on google. Sorry but if you ask me, this should have been -4.4. Not recommended and i'm personally never coming here even if they are serving free.

One of the worst restaurants in Canada! I never thought food could taste that bad. I don't care about how bad the staff, or service. But when I pay for food, I want it to be good. I eat shawarma all over Montréal and never tasted something close to this place.

incredibly inconsistent, if you ask for extra garlic they might give you half a plate of garlic, or something else altogether...seems like what you get depends on what kind of mood the guy making your plate is in that day...management should get a handle on their employees since what you get frequently has little relation to what you ordered...been going there for years but will have to consider other options

Unfriendly staff. Stood there 15mins while the staff at the counter fulfilled mobile orders and didn’t acknowledge my being there. Took 30mins to get my food and it was MID. How do you give me potatoes with no garlic?! Would not recommend.
