Ordered Kebab Beef, waited for half an hour instead of 15 minutes as promised, which was the first bad signal! But, the end result was just unrecognizable compared to the picture they have to show up their dishes! The meet was little to nothing, and it was all burned and over-dried! Can’t recommend this place, especially since there’re really nice other options around on the same food court!

I have now eaten at two locations, Billings Bridge and here. I absolutely love the food but each is slightly different. Which is disappointing Here the garlic sauce is congealed and lumpy, the rice seems like a flavoured yellow coloured rice ( I liked it better then the plain one @ BB)and I got weird pink cabbage shredded vs the pickled radish straws I absolutely love ! Missed them greatly 😢. I also got sweet sauce on my meat , also delicious @ BB , but wasn’t offered here.

Nothing like the place on Rideau. They didn't grill my sandwich, no friendly atmosphere. Can't see what drinks they have when trying choose. And very limited in the drinks they do have. If you're expecting Rideau style food don't come here

The potatoes where so bitter and not fresh and also everything in The Chicken plate was tasting too bad like nothing hot or fresh comparing to other shawarma palace places .
