Customer service was just as bad as the food. The employee was having a full on conversation with somebody else and did not acknowledge us at all. It was the other person that had to stop so we could get served. While the toppings were good, the chicken was awful and tasted underdone.

3 full plates ended up in the garbage because the meat was days old. Highly do not recommend this place. Absolutely disgusting.

Wow well I cannot comment on food but can on service or lack of.I am in Billings almost daily.I decided to give this place a go.I like shawarma's but do not often eat them in new/unknown places as in past have seen bad handling of chicken.But hey being a mall and all thought would be reasonably safe.I stood at the counter and waited ,unsure if pay firs and order or order then pay.There was a gent making sandwiches ,four in all another,a manager dressed one.They were speaking to a customer and I could not understand what was being said but gather they knew each other,.No one acknowleged me in 10 mins I stood there.Then finally the gent got his food and was leaving.A woman came up as I waited,she stood there for a couple minutes.Manager guy ask me what I want and I ask about sandwiches and learn a 6 or 12 inch.I had a appetite but thought I,d try a small with potaoes and sides and if enjoyed the first a second sandwich would follow.I usually ask and offer to pay for xtra meat,but decided to wait and see how much was piled on.Meanwhile guy tells sandwich maker to go ahead and take womans order,Sandwich guy knows I am first and hesitates.manager says not sure who was first,lady says it was me not her,,,sandwich guy hesitates not knowing if obey boss or should make mine first as I was first.SO after me saying I was first the and only other customer in question said I was first the manager says "mind if we make hers first?" Well if the reply "adios" was not enough of a clue as I walked off this review should clue you in.Yes I do mind waiting for 10 mins while you make 4 sandwiches for a acquantance all the while chatting it up and not acknowledging my existence while patiently waiting then skipping over me for someone else after having just taken my order when my turn comes up despite my own statement of fact of being next and your own employess and the only other customer who was the one in question who waited 2 mins also did the right thing and said I was first.No idea why you continued to not do the right thing.You had taken my order and the sandwich maker was ready to make it.like I said I will not be back and will inform my cohorts who also frewuen the mall daily of my experience. I star is obligated ,you deserve none as I did not even get a chance to rate the food but the service is horrendous.
