June 2025 - Good sandwiches at a good price. Tried a jamaican beef patty today. First impressions were not good. It looked flat and appeared to barely have enough meat inside. It was enjoyable with enough meat filling, though I feel it could've been baked more. I'll buy them again.

1 of the workers can make a nice sandwich, and only 1... expect your sandwich to be falling apart, a ridiculous amount of sauce, old lettuce, no meat and bad service. ingredients are likely expired, like most of the items on there shelves.

Sherwood > Dirienzo's. You get amazingly soft and delicious bread with a lot of fillings unlike dirienzo's where many people and myself have gotten stale bread and a small amount of filings.

Wildly inconsistent. If you come on the right day, you can get a decent sandwich. Far too often, though, they try to get away with throwing three slices of deli meat on a giant bed of iceberg lettuce and sauce and hoping you won't notice you just paid $10 for leaves and mustard. I just walk up a few blocks further to Di Rienzo's now, where you can at least expect an honest portion.
