Very happy to find Signatures open again, on the terrace only for the summer but I see inside also very soon. Food was as amazing as I remember. Service was friendly and always some one around to make sure things went smoothly. Lovely to sit out on the terrace.

Love the concept - experienced French chef overseeing a staff of enthusiastic students. The food was excellent: appetizer platter was excellent; fish was wonderful; steak was not as good as hoped; desserts were delicious.

Food was delicious especially an amuse geule with scallop. Also dinner ended with a show stopping dessert that included a quenelle of earl gray ice cream. Service was friendly and impeccable! Kudos to all!

Went for the August Elegance: Superior Cuisine Thursdays series where the students from the different specialties cook. I thought the meal was well-structured and had a lot of good variety. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Got a chance to try this restaurant not long ago. I really love the duck confit but other than that, I don't think I enjoyed other dishes as much as the duck confit. My overall rating is 4/5. I won't come back but it is still worth trying it once.

Dietary restrictions: With advance notice, the restaurant gladly adjusted the menu to meet my dairy and gluten restrictions without compromising the taste or my overall experience.

This is an incredibly desirable destination. I have visited Le Cordon Bleu during both lunch and dinner times before the pandemic, and currently, they provide a list of events during dining hours.
The restaurant is conveniently located not far from downtown, with a beautiful park beside it and parking on the side that features multiple embassies. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The place is consistently clean and classically beautiful.
The quality of the cuisine is remarkable, offering food that is not only extremely good but also unique. The portion sizes and presentation are well thought out, initially appearing average or slightly smaller, but this is a clever strategy that enhances the overall dining experience, providing unforgettable and memorable tastes.
While the lunch menu may seem somewhat limited at first glance, it is regularly updated, guaranteeing better quality. The prices are more than reasonable, offering a comfortable dining experience for a restaurant with 12 Michelin stars, shared among five chefs.
I highly recommend visiting this place for an exclusive experience that will be hard to forget. Your personal experience will undoubtedly speak for itself.
This is the most desirable place for me to visit. I visited this place during lunchtime and sometime dinners. The location of the restaurant is not far from downtown, with a beautiful park beside it and parking on the side. The atmosphere and service are fantastic, and the place is clean and classically beautiful. The quality of the cuisine and the food itself really good, with the right size and decoration. At first glance, the lunch menu might seem slightly limited, but on the other hand, it guarantees better quality where lunch menu updated weekly. The price is more than reasonable and quite comfortable. I highly recommend visiting this place and especially after a long period of idling with occasional events during the created pandemic and man made economic crisis, the restaurant is slowly coming back, attracting new students because it is overall the finest culinary institute in North America for several years in the road.

What a treat! Well priced meals that were absolutely delicious. The rotating menu makes it interesting and means you always have a chance to try something new. Great customer service too, with the wait staff very attentive.

The best place to enjoy every bite of your meal. The scallops are must try and I’m going to tell you why, because those people know how to cook it to perfection. The Chef was so understanding of our dietary restrictions which led us at the end to enjoy all this masterpieces without any concerns.
We had visited this restaurant a few years ago but was recently here as part of a special event. Cocktails and canapes in the bar area to start and then a tour of the facilities, followed by a three course dinner with wine service. Service was good, food was amazing as usual. A little gem, not widely known. One of only 3 restaurants as part of the Cordon Bleu school and the only one in North America. How fortunate for those who live in Ottawa.

It was great when it was open before Covid.
I’ve never actually eaten in the restaurant per se, but my partner and I have been getting their gourmet take out packages. Our first meal was for Christmas, and it was so good we made sure to book them for Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, and we just booked them for Father’s Day. The instructions for heating these high-end delights are incredibly good. As for the food? Wow! If it is this good as a takeout, I can’t wait to visit after COVID. Highly recommended!
