This place is okay for late night snack. It’s nothing crazy but fills the need. I wouldn’t suggest this as a meal. You should ask for extra cheese and sauce as the bottom of the box tends to be a bit on the dry side. Don’t hesitate too much on which poutine to pick. They kind of all end up tasting the same.

Went to grab a late night snack, at 11:35pm. When I walked through the door I was screamed at that they were closed as they had changed the store hours from Midnight to 11:45pm. When I said, okay but it’s only 11:35pm, I was screamed at again that she didn’t care what time it was but she wasn’t serving me as she was done.
Such poor customer service and rude behaviour. If I could give no stars I would, it was so disappointing.

Very ignorant worker today at 8:30 , she had no customer service mannerism at all. She was extremely rude to my fiancé, he wanted to try a spoon of gravy to try as we’ve never been, and she was very ignorant and rude. We would have paid. We asked for burgers, although on the menu she said they aren’t doing that right now only poutine. I would rate it a 0 star if I had the option.
