Staff understands vegan and knows which options are available. Lots of noodle dishes and tofu/veg dishes are vegan. Food is extremely tasty, try the salt and pepper tofu!

The place is just for uber eats , felt like they did not what us to eat in.

Never ordering here again. We placed an online order for takeout, but when we arrived to pick it up, they said the price for two items had increased and demanded we pay the difference—or get no food. This is insane and, frankly, illegal. You can’t change the price after someone has already placed an order based on the advertised cost.

When I told the lady this wasn’t okay, she shrugged it off with a dismissive “It is what it is.” Unbelievable. I get that times are tough, but ripping off customers who support your business is not the solution. Never again.

Had take-out from here a few weeks ago and it made both my wife and I sick. Might have been the oil. We loved the old place on Somerset, but I don't think we'll be back.

This place is a shell of what it used to be. (miss the Somerset location under Peter).

We've been supporting the new location since it opened! Noticed the quality had declined, but thought, it's not that bad...needed supper, they're close, etc.

Egg rolls were burned. Dipping sauce was hard and congealed. Veg in black bean sauce? Hardly any sauce, super watered down and carrots thick and raw. Sechwan beef? Beef tasted off, hard and dry...hardly any sauce and it sat in pool of oil and of course, the carrots raw!!

I called to say, hey, I've been a long term customer (15 years) and I'm disappointed in the quality (especially remembering how it used to be) and was met with "I don't know what happened" and "I don't know what to say". Not a sorry. Not a, let's make it up to you. Nothing. Welp.

Oh and to top it all off, I tipped for pickup (I always tip for pickup here) and then was made to fetch my own order from their back table...little did I know what would come next.

We won't be back. I wouldn't be surprised if the place closed in the next few months.

This place fell out of favour for incredibly bad service. We loved the food here and had ordered many times but today we placed a pick up order at 2:30 in the afternoon to kick off the long weekend at the cottage. The order was not ready at the scheduled time- in fact it was an hour late and they made no apologies or offered any credits on future orders . Such a huge disappointment .

I have loved So Good for 15 years. I even followed them from Chinatown to their new location. Fast, friendly service and delicious food everytime

Went for the first time at this location for some nostalgic eats. Service was slow despite not being very full. Staff seemed to be more preoccupied with takeout/uber orders which was very off putting as we had a large party for mothers day.

Food wasn't as good as I remembered under previous ownership, and dishes were scant in portions. It's too bad because I wanted to love it. Had the wu se vegetables, pepper salt tofu amongst other dishes which were good, the others not even worth the mention sadly.

Glad I gave it a try, but likely won't be back.

So, so , so bad.We had a very bad birthday dinner for my daughter there.Food was horrible. It was cold and service was equally very bad.The girl said if it cold she will throw in the microwave.When asked strictly and repeatedly for vegetarian corn soup - she brings it with chicken and was not one bit concerned.The whole experience was very cold.The whole big group thought same.
