Visiting from Washington, D.C. for business. Social was the perfect place for 6 people with different dinner interests. Excellent menu, really great service and food was delicious. Beautiful interior - trendy, but sophisticated in a historic building.
The venue was lovely, the server was pleasant and personable without being intrusive. She offered valuable insight into the food offerings and that helped me to make an excellent choice for myself. It was the most enjoyable meal I've had since coming to Ottawa. I highly recommend it!
Service a bit slow considering it was a Sunday and restaurant not full. Took a bit longer than usual to get drinks. Food took awhile to come out after appetizers had been finished. With length of time waiting for mains to arrive, steaks came out cooler than room temp. Overall enjoyable Will try again
