I ordered a burger through Uber Eats and it was a terrible experience. It took over an hour and a half to arrive, and when it finally did, it was completely cold. I had selected 6 toppings but only received 3, and they replaced the onion rings I ordered with fries without informing me.
The worst part? The burger patty was completely undercooked—practically raw in the middle (I have photos to prove it). This isn’t just unacceptable—it’s dangerous. In Ontario, serving ground beef that hasn’t been fully cooked to at least 71°C (160°F) is a violation of the Ontario Food Premises Regulation (O. Reg. 493/17, section 33).
I didn’t ask for a rare burger, and this kind of negligence poses a serious health risk. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again and probably I should report this to the public health authorities. .

they fooled me on uber eats made me pay 21$ plus delivery for ONLY A BURGER!! Advertising said it would come with fries & drink. SCAMMM so much for extra lettuce… then they contact me on the reviews saying to contact them, I do exactly that, 2 months later never got back to me, that’s how much they care about there customers horrible place to eat at

Honestly the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Ordered delivery which wasn't a good idea appeantly. They packed the drinks with the food so the fries were ice cold and the bag was torn at the bottom. I had to reheat the burgers too, there was basically no guac on the burger and the Doritos were soggy.. after sticking it in the air fryer it was at least edible. Probably would have been great fresh. It at least still had the flavour of the Doritos which really was a nice touch to the burger so, I would try it again just not through delivery.

We're tourist from Montreal we enjoyed our time strolling Toronto & after long walk finished d day relaxing in South St Burger, good food, u can have burgers & beer, generous portion, while having fun with your family or friends, good price, very accomodating, friendly staff Jen is the best in making sure we have everything, very professional dedicated in everything she do. Great experience & we will be back again.

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to one of the workers at South Street Burger, the tattooed guy, he’s the one who makes the burgers, and he does an amazing job every time! The burgers are always fresh, perfectly cooked, and made with care. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it really shows in the quality of the food. Great service and great attitude—definitely deserves some recognition!
