ordered from uber yesterday. my experience was extremely disappointing. the burgers were cold, the "LARGE" fries bag was soggy, empty, and not serveable, it didn't have whole fries, just soggy bits and remains, it seemed like they didn't want to fry another batch, so they put whatever is left on the frier in a bag for me before closing, I get that I ordered close to their closing time, but that shouldn't be a reason to get a lower quality order.

i love South St. Burger, but this location is a bit off-putting. i’ve had orders messed up significantly on uber eats previously, and it is quite confusing as to how certain toppings do or don’t end up on the burgers when they were either selected or not selected. the fries seem to be covered in more salt or something that i’m not sure of than usual. i’ve had the burger slightly burnt on a portion of it as well. really disappointing at times, but occasionally it turns out okay.

Worst Uber Eats food place I’ve ordered from ever. Who ever was in charge of making my order disregarded all my requests and basically made their own order with my burgers. I ordered 2 Southern Fried Chicken Burger Combos. The first one was a Single Multi Grain Bun with the Signature Sauce, Caramelized Onions, Fries as topping, Lettuce and Sauteed Mushrooms. What I got was the multi grain bun and the caramelized onions. There were no fries in it, the lettuce was one sad piece and I’m not sure if what I got would even be considered sautéd mushrooms because it tasted extremely salty. The bacon in the burger was also so crispy it was basically burnt making it inedible. As for the second burger which I requested it to be the exact same as the first except with tomato and guess what that order was even worst with no tomato or sauce, the bacon only being one piece that was also inedible. And with this burger I got a regular sized fries with it and let me tell you it was so small, basically the size of the McDonald’s happy meal fries. I thought it was a joke when I received it. And you’d think you’d get bottled or plastic cup drinks with this combo but nope it just plain old 355ml cans. One more thing the poutine I got with the first burger combo was also ridiculously small just like everything in this store, don’t bother coming here if you want decently sized things for rational prices else you’ll be deceived like me.
The service was really bad and the wait time is really long u just wanna leave because it just too much time to make the food so if y just wanna grab the food and go its not the right place for u
