My wife and I have been there many times and we were always very satisfied with the food and service, but not today. (Dec. 26, 2:20 pm ). We ordered a 1/4 chicken holiday special and a club sandwich and a soup.The order was prepared and was on the back counter for more than 8 minutes, by the time we started to eat most of it was cold, except for the soup was hot and very good. My chicken was very dry and cold and so was the meat pie. The club was also cold and fries on both meals were cold also. I had to get up and go to the counter 3 times. First to get the coleslaw that we did not get, second to get a clean spoon that had dried food on it and third to get more gravy because the cups we got were only half full.
We were not satisfied with our meal at all.

I failed to navigate an online order using the app. Then I phoned and it was answered by a very bad connection in French. I waited but a human never answered. This happened before too. I will not order St Hubert again.

We waited 15 minutes at the front of the line before we were even acknowledged. They somehow managed to make the chicken both raw and inedibly dry.
We had to send our meal back 3 times before giving up on getting what we paid for. Avoid this location at all costs.

Was excited to be getting St Hubert for a girls afternoon to celebrate a friends birthday. Disappointed to get cold fries. Asked for hot fries and they told me they had shut down the fryer and it would take 10-15 minutes to heat up and make more fries. What restaurant turns their fryers off over lunch? I ordered 4 combos (thankfully only 2 had fries - because what would they have done for the other orders had I wanted fries. The chicken was delicious, gravy was cold. Fries were cold. No sense of urgency or friendliness. Very disappointing take out experience.
The coleslaws at this location don't measure up to other St Hubert locations, and lately the sauce has become very thin. It's still tasty, but it used to be much better.
