Express St-Hubert consistently has good food, and that’s really the main reason I keep coming back. The meals are flavorful, well prepared, and generally meet expectations every time. However, the service experience tends to bring the overall visit down. On multiple visits, the staff have come across as unmotivated or disengaged, which affects the atmosphere and makes dining in feel less welcoming. It’s not that the service is terrible, but it often feels rushed and lacking warmth. With friendlier and more positive customer interaction, this location could be much better, because the food itself is solid and reliable.

My family went to dine-in at this location this morning. The staff of this place was so very accomodating, helpful, friendly and very kind. They are very knowledgeable of the menu. The foods was served fresh. My family loved the atmosphere and foods. We will surely come back and will recommend to others.

We enjoyed the Holiday Feast and it was absolutely delicious! It was a beautiful presentation and so tasty and fresh. Our male server was so friendly and made our experience special.

I had the hot chicken sandwich today. It tasted i had yesterday's chicken. Fries and coleslaw was average but edible but chicken seems recycled. Losing its quality and reputation.

Very unimpressed. I'm in the airport area all the time. I doubt I'll return
I had to repeat my order 4 times at the cash. and the worker seemed dreadfullly confused. After a fairly long wait, my food was ready, except parts of the order were missing and wrong.
The hamburger was dry and overcooked. Terrible. I ate 1/4 and tossed it
Beware of their stated hours, despite saying they are open late, doors were locked at 9pm on a busy night.
Place was clean, but a bad experience. Next time it's back to McDs or Mary Browns unfortunately

Onion rings and fries were cold and restaurant was dirty. Condiments weren’t stocked and it looked run down. Won’t be back. It too bad as it’s a nice spot but it’s not being taken care of.

Food was good - hot, correct order, etc. Restaurant is pretty run down, generally, and not the cleanest. Didn’t seem to have enough staff to manage that size of restaurant.
The person fixing burgers etc. was very rude and outspoken. She had no idea on how to speak to customers. Ice machine was inoperable but only found out after we ordered soft drinks. The burgers were cold by the time we got them. It was eat in. Spent $30. and we will NOT be back.

I got junior fest, the chicken nuggets is super cooked (hard) or maybe it’s been sitting. My kids was not happy, also the coleslaws taste bitter. :( and it’s not cheap, so I expect more
