I was writting my homework and suddenly it disappeared from my phone. Instantly as I left, a man had quoted the work I wrote saying it was because I had mentioned the prime minister, which I did not. Aswell the waiter had mentioned to me that she was my freind and that she was so close with my mom. She refused to get me more sugar when I asked and told me off for not getting any food as though she owned the restaurant herself. We were paying customers I was with a man I was wearing orange. I believe the all you can eat on the menu is a deliberate insinuation that I was not welcome. Regardless, this is to only place in my area to get a coffee with decent music.

After a long trip to Ottawa we decided to get a quick meal at St. Louis. From the moment we walked in the waitress was cold and impolite. She looked forced to serve us and would give me and my parents weird looks. We ordered a steakhouse sandwich and a fiesta bowl. The fiesta bowl was decent not much complaints but the quality of the steakhouse sandwich was beyond restaurant expectations. The steak was cold, unseasoned and low quality while the bread was not toasted and firm. There was supposed to be sauces in the sandwich but it didn’t come with it. When we asked for hot sauce, the waitress said she would be right back and she took 10 minutes after talking to people at the bar instead of giving us the hot sauce. We had to end up going to the bar to get the hot sauce ourselves. The last thing you should expect and feel when coming to a restaurant is low quality food and feeling not welcome. I would suggest going to other locations if they don’t improve this immediately.

Food is very low quality. Kids Tenders looked like they had been in the fryer for 2 days. Kids pizza was mediocre. Ordered wings and menu stated that it came with fries and veg as amy restaurant would. We were charged for the veg as well as a dip for the veg. Wings were barely coated with the sauce. More drizzled on top than actually tossed in.Service was ok, but no check-in from the server once we got our meals. None of us actually finished our meals. First time at any St Louis, and will likely be our last. For such a large chain, it felt more like a local dive bar. Very disappointing.

Not as good as the one on Ekgin St. used to be, which was my go to hangout so I came her with high hopes. Service was mediocre. I had to ask for vinegar 3 times before it showed up about 5 minutes after the food arrived. Condiments should be delivered while the meals are being prepared not 5 minutes later. The St. Louis fries are amazing when fresh, but they lose their crispness quickly. Why can't wait staff do this?
Great spot for the family or enjoying any sports! I would 100% recommend at least trying there place out.

We went to St Louis right after a game of golf at the Marshes. This Kanata locatio is great. The food was very tasty (wings supreme and brisket sliders). We also had draft beer. The service was efficient and and very friendly. We will definitely be back.
