Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House Herongate

Went to this place for breakfast to celebrate my friend's birthday. We were greeted very nicely. The server was kind and knowledgeable of the menu, I had the cinnamon bun pancake it was delicious. The veggie omelet was tasty. I gave 4 stars ? only because the French vanilla cafe and the regular cafe was disgusting and they still charge us for it. If was more of a fast food breakfast place feeling than a dinning experience place feeling.
Just average for the price charged.

One word- Awesome! The food is amazing, and the service is super friendly. The host really knows how to make you feel welcome. I had the pancakes, and honestly, they were the best I’ve ever had. Definitely worth checking out!

I had breakfast here earlier today. I have to say I was blown away by this little hidden gem. Service was great, my server Kierra especially. She was very outgoing (Thank you for the pancake stack as a recommendation) The food was very reasonably priced but still very delicious. Will definitely return.

I am honestly astonished by the service here! Its rare I can say Ive fully appreciated service from a restaurant, but the servers here were on top of their game!! My server in particular though I didn't catch her name, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed at all times!! I could tell she was busy but stayed professional the entire time! Not only was the service good but I had the Junior stack and it was perfect!! My eggs were cooked to perfection, and I tried the cinnabun cake flavour on my pancake which was delectable ? I will absolutely be back regularly!!

This is an honest review, food are ok cooked and edible it's good but service is the most essential in the restaurant. But your service is really bad.. I never reviewed this bad to a restaurant. There is no excuse for being so busy when your customer ask serveral times for a assistance, seing you are serving others, several time already..and telling me sorry because you're all so busy, guys its your job to help and serve in the dining/ restaurant, Serve your customers equally and just and as I said before leaving, if i can just help myself and go to the restaurant kitchen I already did. It's sad cause all I want is to eat in peace but it's the opposite. ??

I would surely go again and feast upon and would also recommend to try on Carling location as well. Both locations are pretty awesome.
