Asking for customers to pay for something before using washroom, I was supposed to take the coffee after I was finished using the washroom, I’m a regular starbucks coffee guy, This service was very rude and kind of shamed me in front of so many people in the line behind me!

The customer service is totally bad this Friday, they are starting to clean before 6 pm when they supposed to close at 7 pm ; we bought a coffee and we needed to ask for milk and cream because they brought the bottles before 6 pm . No smile and not likeable people at all.

One of the rare sit down locations. Not a Starbucks fan but I miss the era where I could sit somewhere and relax. The breakfast burrito was bland and lacked seasoning. It wasn't bad, i just really wish it had salt pepper or sauce of any kind. Now I understand why the employee offered me condiments!
If it was more affordable I would go often. The door is close to the seating area so it gets cold in the winter anytime someone comes in or leave.

Each time I come here, the atmosphere is very hard to work in. They always have the music at a high volume and it becomes very distracting to get any work done. I usually like this location for the space and quick service, but I am constantly let down by the loud music.

A nice stop for a special treat! I ordered the Grande Caramel Brulee Latte (half whip) and it was absolutely delicious. My granddaughter had the Grande Pumpkin Chai Latte and said it was the best thing she’s ever tasted! The café is clean and spacious, with plenty of seating and good lighting. The washrooms were spotless, and I noticed many students studying comfortably. Free Wi-Fi is a great bonus. A lovely spot to relax and enjoy a sweet moment. The servers were very nice and helpful..

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The staff named SIENA was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I said I didn’t want my brownie warmed, she threw the bag on the counter with an attitude instead of handing it properly. Her behavior was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. This location seriously needs better training and management attention.
Not really an eat-in location, mostly an order and pick-up place. Good polite staff, good prices.

This morning, I overheard a barista expressing that she did not want to serve people of a certain race. I was shocked to witness such an unprofessional and openly racist comment being made by someone while on the job. It was deeply disappointing to hear.

Very friendly place. Good service. Not those only pick up cell order you have to wait like other Starbucks. If you a walk in order ) This one has nice lounge sitting area. If you walk in and order you get treated well. And don't have to wait from all those mobile orders. Staff if amazing in this location. Clean nice place. And espresso is so amazing
