Had a good time with my coffee today but I didn’t had a good time with the service provided in the evening by one of the lady who was taking an order, she behaved with us in a way as if were not wanted there or as if we disturbed her peace, first of all we were new here and needed a bit of suggestion with drinks But she gave us disgusted expression for not knowing about the drinks which I believe was very rude as a customerOverall the experience we took home from there was not at all good and next time I’d rather skip this Starbucks location.

Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp since the reopening. I enquired to know if they were planning on having a new one and I was told there was no timeline for a ramp.

I have switched my everyday coffee location to this store because the people here are AMAZING! They’re all very kind, helpful and make the best coffees ever. Sometimes I get frustrated when other locations don’t offer a consistent service (the coffee tastes different every time) but this location is so wonderful at making it perfect every time and starting my day off right!

It has re-opened, October 2, 2023! It is no longer a Starbucks Reserve, it's just a regular Starbucks. The interior is much the same as it was back in 2019, but with slightly more seating.Nice to have a coffee shop in the Byward again, my fingers are still crossed hoping Blue Bird will come back again too!!!!

My favorite StarbucksStarbucks is smart and innovative.They have trademarked the name Frappuccino, and they keep up with trends while serving their original beverages.From regular coffee, to highly raved Unicorn Frappuccino’s, you know they have it all.
I go to the Starbucks only when there is nothing around. But this one is different. Their Reserved brand actually means you can enjoy single origin coffee prepared in different ways to satisfy even the people who do not seek tripple whipped cream moka frappuccino topped with chocolate.Yet you have to specify yourself you want it in the MUG! That is the half star down for me. I hate the papercups. A good quality coffee deserves a chunky preheated porcelain.

Used to be a regular at this Starbucks before the pandemic! This location of Starbucks is a great example to what all other cafes should be like. It has a great location and is perfect for all ages to have a coffee, chat or even read books. One of the best Starbucks' we have in the city by far. The staff is very respectful and informative when you come in asking for items on the menu. The cafe has a beautiful interior and is almost always kept clean and tidy. Only downside would be how busy it gets and sometimes there would be no seats availabe but that is a compliment to the cafe. Would recommend everyone in Ottawa or visiting to come by this Starbucks.

Manager of this location is ABHORRENT to interact with. I will never return to this location after being treated the way I was here.Villified and degraded while on the phone, in a busy Starbucks, over the way I place my order? Not the way I expect to be treated when spending the premium for good service, *especially* by a manager. Unbelievably unprofessional.
