This is the worst Starbucks in the city - avoid avoid avoid. They are consistently incredibly slow, even when you have a simple order and they aren’t very busy.

This morning they were fairly busy, granted, but I ordered coffee and lemon loaf. They gave me my coffee and then took 10 full minutes to put a pastry in a bag. Another time my friend waited 25 minutes for a chai latte and had to ask about it three times.

They don’t have enough staff for the morning rush, and some of the ones they do have aren’t trained enough.

I am going to raise such a first world complaint, but one that is just for the manager of this Starbucks … every other Starbucks follows corporate direction and allows for cinnamon powder to be steamed in - because of laziness or a reluctance to do a proper close down routine, the manager here tells the staff not to steam it in as it “damages the wand” - such BS - ask any decent Starbucks and they will say that a proper clean down routine means nothing of the sort - and it’s just lazy management and team not wanting to do a through clean. I repeatedly complain and Starbucks customer service repeatedly confirm that this store should not be doing what it does and the regional manager gets involved - and it’s good for a couple of weeks - but I am happy to keep complaining (and getting comp’ed every time for raising it) and at some point hope the matter is addressed once and for all - see first world problem but one I flag - and anyone else feel free to complain about this store to customer service - you get compensated every time so worth taking the time and hopefully will see some improvements at the store itself !

Excellent & accurate fast service! This location was packed and I was worried that the wait would be long. This certainly was not -- this location processed the orders accurately and exceptionally quickly! This VERY much impressed me!! I wish my home location sent their staff here to learn from them!!
